About Driven

Launched in 2011, DRIVEN is celebration of African American achievement in the automotive industry. Unveiled each year during year Detroit’s autoshow season, DRIVEN is a national event which draws professionals from around the country and attracts the “who’s who” of automotive executives, civic, business and community leaders who use the publication as an information and reference tool.

It would be impossible to paint a picture truly descriptive of the birth and evolution of the automotive industry without using a literary paintbrush to chronicle the colors that capture the contributions of minorities that have helped to put the world on wheels.

DRIVEN Youth Symposium

Educating students about high tech careers at an early age is critical to fueling the automotive industry’s talent pipeline.
