Regenia Sanders, Consultant to Fortune 500 and Pivate Equity Portfolios Delivers on Global Programs

Regenia leads the EY US-Central Supply Chain practice and serves as the Atlanta Office Managing Partner. She has 22 years of experience driving supply chain assessment and transformation projects, spanning sourcing, procurement and planning to fulfillment for Fortune 500 and private equity portfolio companies.

Sanders is an executive with over 25 years of business transformation
and consulting experience with Fortune 500 and Private Equity portfolio
companies across multiple sectors, including Communications & High Tech, Retail
and Utilities, but primarily focused in the Automotive and Industrial
Manufacturing sector.

Her area of specialty has been Supply Chain Management
where she has delivered global programs to define end to end supply chain
strategy spanning sourcing and procurement to planning, manufacturing and
fulfillment operations. Regenia has also led several enterprise-wide business
transformations enabled by technology solutions such as SAP and best in breed
software across multiple business functions. She has worked across various levels
of the organization with her clients from the shopfloor to the C-Suite, serving as a
trusted advisor on topics ranging from cost reduction to operating model and led
global teams. She is currently serving as a Global Client Service and Coordinating
Partner for clients in Advanced Manufacturing.
At EY Regenia is the Managing Partner of the Atlanta Office and the Global Client
Service managing for accounts in the Auto and Industrial sectors. Prior to this,
she has served in various other leadership roles at EY, while serving clients,
including Business Consulting practice leader for the US Central Region, and EY’s
Supply Chain & Operations leader for the US Central Region and the Americas.
She has been instrumental in EY’s Supply Chain Practice as a leader in analyst
rankings.
Regenia is a strong communicator with a unique combination of business and IT
experience with the innate ability to break down complex concepts to broader,
non-technical audiences and build strong client relationships to innovate their
supply chains and find efficiencies through process improvement while leveraging
analytics and advanced technology.
In addition, Regenia has contributed her thought leadership to several supply
chain publications, executive panels, university lectures, and webcasts. She is
actively involved in DEI efforts, serving as the executive sponsor for various
diverse affinity groups at EY and actively involved in diversity recruiting.
Externally she sits on the Board of Directors for the National Minority Supplier
Development Council and the Alumni Board of Directors for her alma mater, the
Advisory Board for Achieving Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain Operations,
Management and Education (AWESOME), Board of Directors for Auburn
University Alumni Association, Emory University Board of Visitors and the EY
Foundation. She is also a guest lecturer and instructor for Terry College of
Business at the University of Georgia.
